Dogs for rehoming

The dogs listed below are currently at Woodlands Kennels, Bridport, Dorset.  RSPCA West Dorset Branch is now working together with Woodlands Kennels to help them find new homes.  As a Branch, we pay for the vaccination and neutering of stray dogs which are taken to Woodlands, and assist in home-checking potential new owners.  We hope that through this website we can help to find loving new owners for them all.

If you would be interested in offering a home to any of the dogs listed below, please email us on mail@westdorsetrspca.org and your message will be passed to Woodlands Kennels OR you can contact Woodlands Kennels directly by telephone on 01308 423104.  The Kennels are located at Dorchester Road, Bridport, Dorset, DT6 4PJ.  Please do not telephone Taylors Rehoming Centre with regards to any of the dogs listed below, as we can only advise you to telephone Kennels directly.  Thank you.

	Ruby, Dogue de Bordeaux about 6 years old, loves other dogs.  Has been bred from, and was poorly on arrival, she is better now, but is still under weight.
	Izzy, a nice staffie bitch, about to have surgery for a slipping kneecap.  She needs a home where she is the only dog, has been used to a home environment.
	Bonnie, a boisterous lab cross bitch under a year old, and in need of a home where she can be trained, have lots of fun and also learn control.
	Jasper, a young doberman cross, again a boisterous youngster, he needs training, as well as the opportunity for fun and games.  He has lots of potential.
	Ozzie, neutered male, gets over excited, especially in a car.  Is looking for a home without children or other dogs and smaller pets he needs to learn control.  Has the potential in the right home to be a lovely pet.

However, please do think carefully about rehoming a St Bernard - for obvious reasons they are more than you average dog, not only in size, but also in cost of care / feeding.
